I am the owner and founder of Threshold RE. With a goal of providing an affordable service to both buyers and sellers I am implementing a NEW WAY of conducting Real Estate in our area.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Michaele A. Nimmer (née Norenberg) and I have resided in the Fond du Lac area my entire 61 years. I know this area and the outlying communities as well. I lived in the Township of Byron through my teen years and again as an adult for a few years.
I have been married over 40 years to my husband, Todd. Together we raised 4 children, a girl and 3 boys.
I entered real estate over 15 years ago as an agent with a local firm. This year I decided to venture out and form a new brokerage aimed at reducing the cost to clients by reducing overhead of the firm. For that reason, I work from my home and meet clients and customers at local establishments, their homes, or a home a buyer wants to see.
